Situated on the beautiful island of Ios, our hotel is known for its exceptional F&B service, offering guests an exquisite dining experience from morning to late night. About the Role:

As an Assistant Waiter / Waitress, you will support our dining services, assisting in creating exceptional experiences for our guests across various settings, from our serene breakfast service to our sophisticated dinner operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Service: Assist in serving food and beverages and ensuring a smooth service flow.
• Guest Interaction: Provide polite and efficient service to guests, attending to their needs and requests.
• Maintaining Standards: Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas, adhering to the hotel’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with waiters/waitresses and kitchen staff to facilitate outstanding guest service.
• Learning and Development: Seize opportunities to learn about various aspects of fine dining service, menu offerings, and beverage service.
• Efficiency and Accuracy: Aid in ensuring orders are correctly taken and delivered, and assist in handling billing processes.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in a service role is essential.
• Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Characteristics: Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Physical Requirements: Capability to engage in physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
