About the Role
As a Barista, you will be an essential part of our F&B team, responsible for providing guests with exceptional coffee experiences in the mornings and transitioning to crafting exquisite cocktails and beverages later in the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Coffee Preparation: Masterfully prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with expertise and precision.
- Bartending Skills: Transition to bartending duties as needed, preparing cocktails and other beverages with flair and professionalism.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with guests to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience.
- Quality and Presentation: Uphold high standards of quality and presentation for both coffee and alcoholic beverages.
- Service Efficiency: Ensure efficient and effective service, especially during peak hours.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure equipment is in excellent condition.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock for both coffee and bar supplies, ensuring availability and freshness.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Barista and knowledge of bartending, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Skills: Skilled in various coffee-making techniques and cocktail preparation.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Personal Traits: Passionate about coffee and cocktails, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to shift between roles seamlessly as required.
