Liostasi, a renowned boutique hotel on the island of Ios, invites applications for the position of Bell Boy. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel setting.

About the Role

As a Bell Boy at Liostasi, you will be a key point of contact for our guests. Your role will involve offering a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, and providing guests with their first impression of our hotel’s commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Assistance: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage to and from their rooms.
• Room Orientation: Introduce guests to their room amenities and features of the hotel.
• Message and Package Delivery: Deliver messages, packages, and anything that guest request, promptly and accurately.
• General Support: Assist front office staff with general duties, including handling guest queries and requests.
• Maintaining Standards: Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are always neat and welcoming.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to hotel safety protocols and assist in emergency situations as needed

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality background preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
• Skills: Good communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and physical stamina.
• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Characteristics: A team player who is reliable, courteous, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
