We are seeking an experienced and creative bartender to enhance our guests’ dining and leisure experiences with innovative cocktails and impeccable service, especially during our peak sunset hours.

About the Role

The Bartender will be a central figure in our F&B operations, catering to guests, relaxing by the pool during the day and creating memorable evenings with expertly crafted drinks. Your role will be crucial in providing an exceptional beverage service during our busiest hours, including sunset and dinner service.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Service Excellence: Provide high-quality bar service, including crafting cocktails and serving a variety of beverages.
Menu Creativity: Showcase creativity and expertise in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverages.
Bar Operations: Manage bar inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the F&B team to ensure a cohesive service experience, particularly during sunset and dinner rush.
Quality Control: Uphold high standards of quality and presentation for all beverages served.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a bartender, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end bar setting. Experience in a high-volume environment is a plus.
Skills: Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Creative flair in cocktail preparation.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Personal Traits: Strong communication skills, charismatic personality, and a passion for the art of bartending.
