Responsibilities
- Cook A: Lead the kitchen team, ensure quality control, and supervise food preparation and plating.
- Cook B: Assist in food preparation, manage kitchen operations in the absence of Cook A, and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Cook C: Support food preparation, follow recipes, and assist the team as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the desired role (Cook A, B, or C).
- Knowledge of Greek and/or international cuisine.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred).
