This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define our boutique hotel.

About the Role

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and occasionally common areas, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms according to the hotel’s standards.
• Linen Management: Change bed linens and towels in line with hotel policy and guest preferences.
• Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests for additional items or cleaning services.
• Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all safety and hygiene guidelines.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel is required.
• Skills: Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
