Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is crucial for maintaining the excellent condition of our facilities and ensuring the premium hospitality experience we offer.
About the Role
The Maintenance Technician will oversee, maintain, and repair the hotel’s technical facilities and equipment. They will ensure the smooth and safe operation of all infrastructure while providing prompt and professional responses to any arising issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Implementing and monitoring the preventive maintenance program.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
- Addressing technical issues promptly, such as electrical, plumbing, or mechanical problems.
- Organizing and managing the inventory of technical supplies and tools.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a Technical School or equivalent professional training.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, responsibility, and reliability.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
