Situated on the beautiful island of Ios, our hotel is known for its exceptional F&B service, offering guests an exquisite dining experience from morning to late night. We are seeking a professional with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.

About the Role

As a Waiter/Waitress at Liostasi, you will play a key role in our F&B operations. This position requires an individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, offering attentive service across various dining settings, from casual poolside lunches to sophisticated fine dining in the evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional dining experiences throughout all meal periods – breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including bar and room service.
• Menu Expertise: Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all menus, including breakfast offerings, lunch dishes, fine dining options, and beverages.
• Sales and Service: Enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue through attentive service and recommending menu items.
• Efficient Operations: Ensure timely and accurate order taking, food delivery, billing, and handling guest requests.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Quality Control: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a luxury or fine dining setting.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to high-quality guest service.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Greek, are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, preferably Micros.
• Characteristics: Professional, enthusiastic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
